Response: Yes, samples can be provided free of charge, but the customer needs to cover the shipping cost. If a sample fee is charged, the difference will be deducted from the contract cost during mass production.

 What are your payment terms?

Response: For payments of ≤ $50000, full prepayment is required. For payments of ≥ $51000, a 70% telegraphic transfer prepayment is required, with the balance payable before shipment.

What information is needed for a quotation?
Response: Please provide 2D/3D drawings of the product in PDF or DWG format, and 3D drawings in STEP, IGS, or X_T format.

After the factory receives the drawings, how long will it take to respond?
