What tolerances can the factory achieve?
     Tolerance requirements: ±0.005 to ±0.01 mm, minimum surface roughness Ra 0.6 to 1.6

How many equipment does your factory have?
     Reply: We have over 80 processing machines. Our equipment comes from Japan, Taiwan and China. For example: Mazak, Fanuc, DMG, Beijing Jingdiao, etc.
How can you guarantee the quality? 
  Response: Every step in our production process is carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of certification systems such as ISO9001.

What is your delivery time?
Response: Usually 7-15 days; the specific delivery time depends on the requirements of the drawings and the quantity.

When producing in bulk, can the factory provide samples for confirmation? Will there be a sample fee?
Response: Yes, samples can be provided free of charge, but the customer needs to cover the shipping cost. If a sample fee is charged, the difference will be deducted from the contract cost during mass production.

 What are your payment terms?
Response: For payments of ≤ $50000, full prepayment is required. For payments of ≥ $51000, a 70% telegraphic transfer prepayment is required, with the balance payable before shipment.

What information is needed for a quotation?
Response: Please provide 2D/3D drawings of the product in PDF or DWG format, and 3D drawings in STEP, IGS, or X_T format.

After the factory receives the drawings, how long will it take to respond?
